What is a monthly drop? 

A monthly drop is a limited release of one REDGEM piece, offered for the month. Each piece is intended to reflect the energy of that month and is available only in limited quantities. Once a drop sells out, it will not be restocked. 

Is this a subscription or a membership? 

Neither. REDGEM monthly drops are not a subscription or a membership. You are never automatically charged, and there is no ongoing commitment. You choose when (and if) you want to purchase each month. 

What’s the difference between a monthly drop and a subscription? 

With a subscription, you’re signed up to receive something every month automatically. With REDGEM, each monthly drop is optional. You may choose to purchase:

  • because the energy of the month resonates with you, or
  • because you simply love that month’s piece.

You’re always in control. 

Do I need to buy every monthly drop? 

Not at all. Some people are drawn to specific months. Others collect over time.

How do I know when a new drop is available? 

The best way is to join our email list. Subscribers are the first to know when a new drop is released and when quantities are limited. And, follow us on our socials to get a glimpse of what is coming. 

Is REDGEM jewelry religious or spiritual? 

REDGEM pieces are non-religious. How YOU connect with your piece is entirely personal - your meaning, intention, and reflection. 

What materials are used? 

Material details for each piece are listed on the product page for that month’s drop. 

What comes with my order? 

Each order includes:

  • Your REDGEM jewelry piece.
  • Our gift to you: a keepsake you can return to whenever you want to reconnect with yourself.
When will my order ship? 

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking details. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Can I cancel an order?

If you believe an error was made at checkout, please contact us immediately at info@redgemjewelry.com and we will do our best to assist before your order is processed. Orders are typically processed quickly in order to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
